Your order would be accepted for an exchange or return if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty days (14) days from the delivery date. The returned item’s must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
The cost of returning a product for an exchange or for a refund is covered by the customer. In order to do this, you can return the articles via InPost / UPS return labels. To do it, please contact our Customer Care firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label by email.
Products may also be exchanged or returned for a voucher. In order to do this, please contact our Customer Service.

In this case, it is your responsibility to get us a proof that the goods have been returned. You can return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, would be covered by you. J. SHEPHERD FASHION, MB is not responsible for items returned to its head office which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.
